1.Measure from the rod (not the top of the window) to:

The sill, for sill-length curtains.
1–2 cm above the floor, for floor-length.
Add extra centimeters for a puddled look.
2.If mounting the rod high, place it about 10–20 cm above the window frame (or halfway between the top of the window and the ceiling) to make the room look taller.

Before we package our curtains into a box, we ensure they're all thoroughly ironed. However, please note that some fabrics might wrinkle a bit during packing and shipping.

Once you receive them, we recommend hanging them immediately. If you notice any wrinkles, a portable steamer can smooth them out.
Should you prefer using an iron, please ensure it's set to a low temperature to prevent any potential marking on the curtains.

We highly recommend dry cleaning or spot-treating our custom curtains for optimal care. Machine washing these curtains is not advised as their bulk and the hooks on certain styles can lead to unwanted damage, such as tearing or ripping the fabric.
